I recently stayed at this hotel and was really disappointed with a few aspects. The lack of housekeeping during my two-week stay was unacceptable, resulting in a buildup of garbage and unclean bathroom. On the brighter side, the gardens were relaxing and I loved the upgrade upon arrival. However, I expected more convenience for the price I was paying.

The atmosphere is gorgeous, filled with daily events and activities, keeping us entertained whenever we chose to relax by the beautiful pool or the beach. On the flip side, we noticed that the beach area can be crowded due to the nearby cruise ship port, which detracted from the serene experience we were hoping for.
